From what I can tell the 7-in-1 is $10 cheaper but does not have cake, sous vide or sterilize settings that the 9-in-1 does. I have narrowed my selection down to the models in the title, but as I am not familiar with Instant Pots, I thought I'd first check with you all for some assistance. Currently own a Presto 8 quart stovetop pressure cooker that I've been using for about 4 years now to make mostly soups and stews, both of which come out very well, however I want to automate the process because I find it tedious to check up on it multiple times and I also want to proof sourdough bread/pizza dough and make yogurt (none of which my Presto can do).
